The first order contained a paper staple in the bag with beans, which nearly ruined burrs on my grinder. Let the company know - no reaction of any sort. Decided to move past it and ordered another batch - the 5 lbs bag came with the roast date label scratched and a new date (a week later) written over it. Clearly something that did not get sold last week. Moving on to someone else"
