"Just went to pick up a water heater service desk was great went down hill from there No one wanted to help stood for 20min waiting for it to be brought to the front then the man just told me to go through the check out and walked off stood in checkout for another 10 min to be told the other man was supposed to take care of it so 30 min just to Pick up don't be in a hurry"

"I recently had a confusing and frustrating experience with an online order that pieces were missing even though the delivery ticket said I got more. Making a trip 40 miles to Tupelo HD to cancel the rest of the order and get what had been delivered picked up was a nightmare. And the service desk help was not friendly at all. Thanks to the delivery driver (I wish I could remember his name) for making good notes counting the pieces and a again when he picked up made for a life saver! Went back to HD and got Kaylan(with a n) Fleming and she was so professional and understanding. She listened to my concerns got the right information and my refund in mins. I was dreading another experience like before. So my review went from a 1 to a 5 ."

"We went to the Saltillo/Tupelo MS location to get a tool chest for my husband's early gift. Majority of employees were on phones. The ones we spoke with were nice but no help when it came to questions. When loading the tool chest the forklift driver tipped it on its side damaging a $1600 item, not happy at all about that."

"Great local home improvement store. Staff very friendly & helpful. Clearance & sale prices scan correctly at check out unlike Lowe's. Excellent selection & easy to find what you are looking for. Competitive prices. Will come here for everything I need from now on & only go 2 Lowe's if I have 2. Much more welcoming & relaxed environment. Which makes it much easier to shop. Plenty of parking. Nothing negative at all to say about Home Depot."
