"Okay, I do not bash any restaurant for any reason at all. I understand the need for employers and they are needed. At this point, managers, be mindful of who you hire to work in your establishment. Being rude and having a nasty attitude is not the way to answer any customer. On October 28 about 8:30 pm, we ordered our food, the wait was over 30 minutes, some of our food was cold, food was missing, our order was screwed up, car hop did not and I repeat did not serve with the right attitude and Manager was.……. Just never mind but you get the picture. Sonic please do better!!! This is why I choose Sonics on 45 any day. I can always count on their hospitality to fulfill my day. Please do better, the prices are too high to be rendering these types of services to people daily!! Never again will I be patronizing here………"

"This has to be the most absolute RUDEST Sonic I have EVER been to!!! They have VERY LOUD music playing so the cashier/cook/car hop- whatever you want to call them could not hear me so she kept saying “ma’am what you’d say?? MA’AM!! MA’AM!!!” I kept my cool and kept repeating myself then she just closed out my order with the total leaving me sitting here wondering if she even got my order correct- which it was NOT now I have to wait all over again for my order to be made correct. This location has a better chance being a club where everyone does nothing but hang out and listen to music than being a respectful restaurant. What a joke."
