"They cannot get an order right to save their lives. Three orders in a row completely screwed up. When i called they say they will remake it, but I don't trust them to a. Make it right the next time and b. To not maliciously do something else to the food."

"I went to this Taco Bell with low expectations. It’s Taco Bell. But when the person behind the drive thru made everyone wait 5 minutes to order, I was a little irritated. When I opened my order at home, it was completely NOT what I ordered. I’m not even sure what it was. It gets better. Next time I opened my wallet - the last time I used my credit card was at Taco Bell - my credit card wasn’t there. It was never returned to me at payment. (My bad here, I should have paid attention to this in the moment) but when I called to ask if they had it, I had to ask several times to get a firm answer that they didn’t in fact have it. They did offer me a free meal, but I sure as hell won’t be going back for it."

"I hate going to this location the one on 82 is awesome but 45 the managers on night shift and one on day are the most rude people I have ever seen the GM has a IDGAF attitude when you tell her that there is a problem this place needs a good clean out and new people put in I was a manager in a fast food place and the way they treat there customers are bad. I also door dash and it took them over an hour and I just gave up and had to cancel the order they was not even worried about me or the other people standing in there I am sick of going to this one we have started going to 82 because this one needs WORK"

"I never give this low of a rating to any business, but this visit was really bad. The parking lot is terrible with huge potholes everywhere. The food was really bad. I had nacho bell grande and the beans were watery. It was like they were out and added a lot of water to have enough for my order. The only reason I even gave 2 stars was because the employees were so nice. The cashier was very kind and helpful. Even tho we had a bad experience, I will go back again. Hopefully it was just a bad day and next trip will be better."

"Service was ok. The lack of attentiveness is what gets them a 2. Had 3 in store visits bc items were missing or not even wrote on ticket. WON'T BE BACK."
