"Our food was cold when we ordered thru. We bought Two Jack Burgers with cheese they were just cold, but the bacon ranch chicken wrap both of them were cold and the ranch tasted tangy it was not good at all."

"Every time I come through, they get my order wrong. It doesn’t matter if it’s breakfast, or lunch. Got a big bacon and they gave me a chicken sandwich. I order 2 biscuits and they give me one because the person taking the order can’t be bothered to listen. Jack’s seriously needs to get some new people in there bc it’s the same people, and they can’t get anything right."

"Got our order all wrong while they had no business at all. The burgers were Luke warm and covered in mustard the fries were oily and just gross and they served us tea while there is an order to not use the water for drinking. This place is pretty gross which sucks because jacks is good"

"The nuggets & fries are seasoned well and we're hot, but my nuggets were tiny. I asked for BBQ sauce, but got 2 rammikans full of diluted tobacco sauce? They cost over $6.00 (not including a drink) so was not a good value."

"I am normally not one to leave reviews. When it’s good, it’s goooood. But I find that I only get what I asked for about half the time and the quality of the food is not consistent. I know now that when I go there I HAVE to check and make sure I was given the correct items. I love jacks breakfast too. But half the time the biscuits are amazing and the other half they are like hockey pucks. I’ve also heard management through the drive through window being incredibly rude to their own employees. :( The staff has always been friendly to me. If I could leave some constructive feedback it would be to work on accuracy and consistency."
