"Food was ok! Restaurant needs a good cleaning but overall it was just "ok"."

"I've been to Wendy's twice recently and disappointed both times. The food was terrible and obviously previously cooked and reheated to fill my order. It's a shame that the pride is missing from this franchise."

"I came through drive thru on South Gloster in Tupelo. It took a few minutes for them to answer the headset. I said hello so she said hold please which was fine then so she came back to the headset said yes in a I don't want u to be here tone so then I had 4 combos I wanted to order she was like oh my God. I think she wanted us to hear her it wasn't an accident with the headset yeah it was after 9 on a Tuesday night but it was soooooo rude I haven't been back. I'm not giving almost 40.00 where I'm not welcomed. The guy that passed my food was kind he smiled and handed me my order. This was a few weeks ago but Geez it was awful"

"I don't like complaining but this Wendy's deserves a complaint or 2. This is the 1st time I ever ate there n it will be the last. The burger was hurriedly thrown together n the fries were old n burnt. They didn't give ketchup or salt like I asked either. I also bought a frosty coupon book but they didn't give it to me. I highly recommend NOT going to this Wendy's."
