"We live in Alabama and travel back and forth to Tupelo a few times a week for business. We always stop in a this location because it is the cleanest BK we have ever been in. They go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. The staff is always friendly and very professional."
"I'm giving all five cause I know how these things work but it seemed like 7 burgers were a task I eat here maybe 4 times a months and they seem to be struggling, only use one window and then make you pull up and wait ? I love bk but all of them have went downhill , hope they fix it"
"One woman was on the phone and couldn't take our order because the register was closed. The manager that was needed to unlock the register never came out. We went to Wendy's instead. Wendy's was short staffed, but we got hot fresh food there. I've never been treated so poorly at a BK. Don't go to this one."
"One of the main things that really stands out at this particular BK is the cleanliness of the restaurant. It looks as if they truly go the extra mile. Plus, the food is good. Drive thru is usually very quick. All in all I can't think of anything negative to say...only positives in my opinion!"
