"Even when they're busy they're polite I've never had a problem out of them and out of the 100 times I've been there they have never gotten my order wrong everyone's experience is going to be different obviously but the temperament and attitude of the people is what matters most to me and the food is always fresh"

"I was trying to order through the drive through and the employee didn’t know how to put in the coupon so he called the manager over and I said are you talking to me I can’t hear you and the woman snatched the headset and started yelling at that we were being rude and I said we would call corporate she said I don’t care because I’m a general manager. That’s was most disgusting interaction I’ve had with customer service in a long time. My son just wanted to use his coupon book we bought for him for Halloween and that was the service we got it was really just sad."
