"Went there earlier today around 10. The young lady that took my order was great, but when it came to wait for my order. It was an unpleasant experience. The young male manager is very unprofessional. He was screaming and hollering, expressing himself to his coworkers and a very bad way. Made me feel uncomfortable and know for sure I won't be going back."

"Last time I came the same older ladie up front messed up our order. Today she was training someone and messed our order again. She should not be training at all. Every time I come in she messes up. I got a coffee and she didn't put cream or sugar in my coffee didn't even ask me what I wanted.. the new girl was doing awesome though the older ladies no.. I am not happy with her service.."

"I will never stop at this McDonald's location again. A month ago I ordered a double fish sandwich through the drive thru. When I went to take a bite it was so hard that it actually chipped my front tooth. The fish was rock hard and it was apparent it had been sitting awhile. I went back in and the girl apologized and remade my sandwich. While I was waiting for my sandwich to be remade I could hear them complaining in the back about having to remake the sandwich. Last night I stopped in and ordered a happy meal and 3 ice cream cones. When I got to the window I had to wait because they forgot to make the cones. An employee walks over with the cones and another employee dances over arguing that she was going to hand them through the window. She grabbed all three of the cones with her bare hands and roughly handed them through the window. The first cone was pushed out so quickly that I ended up with ice cream all over my hand. She practically threw the last 2 cones out and told me to have a nice day and come back real soon before dissolving into laughter. I get this is fast food and I realize that it's a stressful work environment but there doesn't seem to be any attempt at professionalism. The lack of concern over my chipped tooth was already unsettling but the food safety issue where you have multiple employees without gloves touching the cones and ice cream is the final straw for me."

"Ordered DoorDash from this restaurant at 10:46 PM on July 2 23 DoorDash or got there around 11 place was busy waited almost 2 hours in drive-through because the lobby was not open. Then the representative tried to tell them they would not give them my food because it was after midnight and they don’t do DoorDash after midnight, even though they were waiting in line for hours, the food was delivered two minutes down the road to the hospital. The whole order was messed up the double bacon quarter pounder with cheese with extra bacon had no extra bacon only a slice of bacon on it. It was ice cold I asked for large fries, no salt it was half full with salt on them , the pineapple mango smoothie I got was only 3/4 full and warm. I tried calling over 50 times and they would not pick up the phone. If this is the customer service that McDonald’s gives they need to close there doors this is sad."
