"Firstly: I LOVE SHINOLA PRODUCTS!! USA MADE AND LIFETIME WARRANTY!! Christian, the gentleman that helped me with my 3 watch service order & metal bracelet issue was EXCELLENT. He was very patient, made sure to keep everything in order and I received emails confirming everything he did. They were able to replace a watch battery for me with my appointment and also sent the other 2 & the bracelet into the the factory for case polishing and new batteries. The bracelet was REPLACED and I am very thankful. I really love this brand and their ability to stand behind their products 100%. The staff at both the Canfield and Woodward store have been amazing to me. My wife has 2 Shinola watches and she loves them very much. One of my watches will be back tomorrow and I appreciate the quick turnaround!! Case polishing is a great way to refresh a worn watch and adding a new band or bracelet is great to.
