"CASH ONLY! MAJOR SCAM. I had cosmetic damage after an accident on my drivers side headlight area, took my car to this shop was given an estimate of 3 weeks for repair. They then offered me rental service, cash only claiming their card machines were down. They had the car two full months, ignored my phone calls and emails the entire time I could only get through sometimes by calling the receptionists personal cell. They claimed that they were waiting on a part, and then they said they had it and we were waiting on paint, then again they were looking for the part. All the while charging me cash for a rental through them. They also told me they’d cover my deductible and then wouldn’t release my car to me when it was done until I paid it to them. In cash. No receipt for anything. Since getting my car back nine codes have popped up with my check engine light, all major mechanical issues I didn’t have prior. Of course they are still not answering so I will be taking legal action. To make it all better the cosmetic fixes they did make are done very poorly. FRAUDS."

"CASH ONLY! That's says it all, but they are completely unethical and crooks. DO NOT USE this shop. We will be filing a lawsuit. Took car in for front quarter panel damage. Electrical is now a mess and we have cam shaft issues. The 2018 car has under $50k miles on it and had zero mechanical issues when we took it in. I believe they took parts from the car, sold them or used them for other repairs and put subpar parts back into our car."

"My experience with this collision shop is catatrophic! Please do not use this collision shop for anything. This Mark had my car first of all for two(2) months and no one every called me with a status. When I called to check on my car or stopped in for a status I was made to feel like I was the problem. After the two months I picked up my car and it seem like my car was used for parts for some of his other repairs. I was missing the windshield washer pump and I have recently found out that they put the wrong luge nuts on my car, not to mention that my insurance company paid for 4Michelin and I only got 3. This is insurance FRAUD on a epic level. Also do not trust these tow guys that recommend Marks ONE the company should be put out of business. This company does even rate a star that just how bad they are, but I had to put out there just to get this comment publish. BAD! BAD! BAD! BEWARE!"

"Marks One Collision is probably one of the best collision shops around metro detroit! They gave me a free rental, paid my deductible and always let me know what was going on with my car. I had no worries & was stress free. They we're always friendly and made sure as the customer you came first. They even gave me an oil change for free a couple days later after seeing my oil was low. GREAT COMPANY!!!!!!!"
