"I have been working on a major project that involved a large two story house in Highland Park and converting it into a commercial structure that would provide after school activities for doing homework, receiving a hot meal, using computers to excel their learning. This environment is a safe haven for school kids after the school day and during the summer between school years. It will also provide pre-school day care services. He spent time walking through the two systems that heat and cool this structure. I was able to provide a history of our challenges since mechanical installation. I received a detailed quote from Nick which detailed all the services his team would provide to ensure the systems would run as designed and engineered. Once the contract is signed for the services quoted and services, I will be back to provide my feedback on the services performed."
