"Great overall experience. Our furnace was blowing cold air turns out the module was bad. They did a quick fix overnight until the part was in. We were told two days but the next day fixed it. Good thing my husband was home as we didn’t get a notice prior to coming so fast but overall great experience."

"Great experience - The technician (Nels) was professional and helpful - I had a lot of questions and so did my little boys! He was patient and kind to them, which means so much to me. He quoted me a part he didn’t have on hand, and when he went back to look it up he told me it was 50 bucks cheaper than what he quoted me and that reflected in the cost. Honest, friendly, and efficient. Nels finished the job on a Friday afternoon - record-warm sunny February day - and I didn’t get the feeling he was rushing at all. Again, great experience!"

"We just had Nels out because our furnace wasn’t working properly. He came out very quickly! He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and was very fast about getting the part to fix the issue. He was honest and helpful in answering my questions. I felt comfortable with him in my home with my 2 children and myself. Very nice guy. The price to have the issue fixed seemed reasonable (better than getting a new furnace). We signed up for the maintenance program so hopefully in the future we don’t have any issues that routine maintenance would have solved, like in this situation."
