"Absolutely exceeded my expectations! Here’s the story: My furnace stopped working during a power outage. I received an estimate over the phone - service call + parts and labor. I agreed to the price and a technician arrived 30 minutes later. Prior to arrival I was texted with the name and picture of the tech along with estimated time of arrival. I was using a portable generator at this time. The tech mentioned a few times that the problem may simply be the generator, but proceeded to change out the suspect part. The problem persisted. He diligently triple checked his work and tried other things. Two others came out to assist and the consensus was the generator was really the problem. Then they reinstalled the original part. Only charged me for a service call AND gave me an additional part to replace one that I had broken prior to their arrival. I totally expected to pay for their labor, and the part as I had agreed - but they charged me for neither. Not to mention all the extra time spent troubleshooting. They were very respectful of my home and wore shoes covers without being asked and cleaned up thoroughly. The power came back on a short time later and confirmed they were 100% correct. They even called to check up on me later. Look no further for your heating and cooling needs!!"
