"Issue- Cracked front screen on my Samsung Ultra 22. I made the mistake of going to another shop to have an after-market screen installed. After three days of no phone, I took my phone to Dan at Quick Fix. It was 45 minutes before his closing time on a Friday and he had it fixed with a bonus screen protector applied for free before the Open Sign was turned off. (Phone withdrawal pain is real BTW.) It gets better- While running his diagnostic tests, Dan discovered the first repairman forgot to install my ear piece along with eleven screws. (How does anyone forget eleven of anything???) He stayed 40 minutes after his closing time running tests and explaining my options to rectify the situation. He even attempted to contact the first repairman to help make the mistake an opportunity for growth. I was reluctantly planning on going back to the first "repair"man in the morning but Dan had a better solution. He had the piece over-nighted and installed it at no cost at all. He's certified with all the big brands and is a man of action and integrity. His work is warrantied and he has a HUGE in-store inventory so you likely don't have to wait on parts to come in. Don't go elsewhere to get your electronics fixed."

Both the owner and his employee were very friendly and their disposition to aid me in getting the watch to work for my daughter is very much appreciated. P.S. "AMAZING SERVICE!! I cracked the back plate of my iPhone 14 Pro Max a while back and I was very upset to learn that Apple charges $550 to replace it! So, I decided to give these guys a try. First off, Dan came out to my work to inspect and pick up my phone, took about 4 hours, and THEN came back to drop off my phone. He even went as far as to replace my screen protector as well as put a camera lens protector for FREE!! Very reasonably priced and amazing service!! "changed my iPhone 13 pro screen and back glass here....it took 1 week because it's a original screen from Apple, they scratched the frame of the phone all around while Doing the repairs, looks like a dog chewed on it. I was told the reason it looks like that is because I am rough with my phones, was called a joke for accusing them for the scratches. Let me remind you the owner has been nothing but disrespectful from day 1, 0 respect for his customers or their hard earned money. I was expecting to have a brand new looking phone.
