"Had my ducts cleaned Wed. Andy and young man were very polite and explained what was to happen. After finished Andy said I'm going to spray this freshener. I smelled it said okay. I had to have my windows open and fans going for almost 2 hours could taste it. The big big problem was the next morning I went to put some things in basement and spotted multiple shards of metal shaving in a large area. Next to my cat litter box and all over. Very dangerous to my cat lt took me over an hour to sweep vacuum and wet wipe the basement from all the metal shards.when I calmed myself down I called AAC spoke with Marcy Marcia?? I was so mad that this was not cleaned up. The receptionist told me she would speak to mgr. I expected a call, waited 24 hours no contact. So no I would not recommend this company as obviously they do not care about customers and their concerns."
