"My home has an old boiler from the 50s that is still kicking thanks to AAC. If you own an old home you know how challenging it can be to maintain old stuff. AAC has accurately diagnosed issues that come up, ensured safety mechanisms are present and working, and have been very fair with pricing. Adam (I think he is an owner of the company) is usually the one who comes out and there is a younger guy who assists. Another company in the area refused to work on my unit and told me tall tales about how there was no way to repair my boiler, how difficult it is to replace a boiler, and of course how incredibly expensive it would be.... Meanwhile AAC took the boiler apart, cleaned it out, tuned it up, and it's heating just fine. I did inquire about a boiler replacement because while it is still kicking, it might truly need replacement in a few years. Adam accurately measured the radiators and explained how the calculation is done, and what kind of system I would need should I choose to replace it. I can see that he takes pride in his work and cares about educating the homeowner to make the best decision for themselves, instead of just pushing a sale for the sake of a sale. I really appreciate that they make sure to explain everything and give reasoning for what's being done."
