"My furnace was installed 23 years ago by FERRARA . In 23 years never had a problem until heat exchange went out. Had Flame,DTE and Ferrara out. Gary from Ferrara had best deal and said he would be out in 2 days to install a new furnace. Brad came out and in about 4-5 hours had old out new in everything cleaned up and new unit running just amazing . GREAT COMPANY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM......."

I'm the homeowner who likes to do everything myself (or try to). Brad helped me diagnose a problem with my ac, sold me a part, and walked me through the install to keep me going another year before I had to replace it (didn't even charge me). Brad and Gary installed and relocated the new unit on a few days notice and also added some extra outdoor outlets. He even walked me through fixing the new system over the phone after I cut some wires in the basement and killed the heat. Back up and running!"
