"We ordered a 2023 Bronco Sport through Serra Ford in August of 2023. I was concerned over the "new normal" with having to order, but everything worked out wonderfully! Our salesperson, Woody, was the nicest, low-pressure, dealership sales person, i've ever had. (And yes, I've walked out on ones that put pressure on me.) My vehicle arrived 1 week ago, and I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase experience. Alex in Finance was awesome! Total process took about 1.5 hours and I drove off the lot with a new vehicle with tabs, plate, everything! I've been using Serra Ford, Rochester Hills for service on my previous Ford product and was always treated extremely well. Now I can add a new vehicle purchase (and future service) to my experiences with Serra Ford. Couldn't ask for a better dealership!"

He sent me pictures of the truck right away, was honest about a chip in the windshield and even small details like the console having a little wiggle to it. "They were able to get me in with one days notice. Everyone was friendly and nice. Only thing I am singing them on is that they did not reset oil life monitor. Which I can do, but I'm sure alot of people wouldn't check that. And the waiting room, I know it's an older dealership but they need to invest in a nicer waiting room. Especially if you are sitting there for an hour. Small things but overall a good dealership."
