"Oscar came to fix my 93 year old mother’s humidifier pump that was leaking water onto her basement floor. He said it was his job but I believe he went above and beyond after he found the loose connection to the furnace and he checked all the electrical connections plus the furnace and humidifier filters and he cleaned the actual pump! I am grateful for the professional service and the peace of mind for my mother and me."

"While the employees were all very kind and hardworking, we replaced our boiler, AC and installed a generator over the summer and have not had heat the entire winter. We call Mastercraft 1-2 times a week due to the temperatures dropping to 55-60 degrees in our home, each time being time that there is a separate faulty part of issue that needs to be addressed. We have not gone more than two weeks this winter with a heated home and spend all of our time with repair people coming for separate issues. This is absolutely unacceptable and horrible work. We are completely dissatisfied and would never recommend this company as they use cheap part and never complete the job when doing repair work causing workers to return weekly or twice weekly. We still do not have proper heating in our home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!"
