"They do amazing work from a to z . If u need anything done there your one stop shop when comes to collision"
"Insurance company recommend this place! The staff was friendly and nice in the beginning when scheduling a drop off time & gather other information about my car. Super quick with get my car in. I had an estimate pick up time. I’ve also received weekly updates via text/call. Indicating that my car is on schedule and should be done around the schedule pick up time. Everything was fine, until the week of my pick up. Each staff member told me something different to prolong my pick up date. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PART. Then that should have been said. What actually occurred should have been said instead of making up excuses. The wrong part was order multiple times. My insurance company was notified due to the push back. Staff begin to be rude to me when I called for the final status, and picked up my car. Be careful with the company it has mixed reviews. Overall I love my car when I received it back. The services was not a 5 star! King Brothers - Please just be honest with your customers. I don’t need to talk to each staff member about my situation."
"I brought my car in for work on July 20th because my insurance company highly recommended them. The Kings Brother in Redford considered my car damage minor and quoted me at under 6,000 for damages. They had my car for almost 3 months for "minor" damage. I went over an inspection of my car and the damages with Kings Brother in Livonia who switched my job to the Kings Brother in Redford because they were backed up with jobs. I told Livonia Kings Brother my steering wheel was off (due to impact in the front, it was VERY NOTICEABLE) and all the other damages in the front end; head light, wheel, wheel well, etc. When switched to Redford they did not call me to go over an inspection with them and apparently did their own. I recieved my car back on Wednesday October 4th, 2023 and not only was my wheel off, there was white paint on my passenger side front door (not even on the side where the damage was) and a drip in my back seat. They said my car would be ready for pick up August 25th, I got a call that their painter quit and they would not be able to reassemble my car and have it painted in time but maybe next week Sept 8th. Then Sept 18 because they ordered the wrong parts (NOT ONCE BUT TWO DIFFERENT TIMES). After this they called me to tell me they needed extra parts after they assembled my car and these parts couldn't be picked up same day. They had my car for 2 more weeks for a bumper clamp supposedly. They FINALLY called me OCTOBER 3RD. When I picked up my car on Wednesday I immediately told them about the wheel being off and they said "oh it's still off? We will get that taken care of". As if they did the work and it was just off. Any one who drove my car would have seen the wheel was off.. I looked at my repair sheet and there wasn't even a wheel alignment on the order.. So not only did they have my car for almost 3 months, they didn't even do the things I said was damaged in my initial inspection and missed the wheel being off in their own inspection. Even if they did their own in spection someone got in the car to drive it. They drove my car over 20 miles and didn't notice the steering wheel was off? To top this off they wanted to take my car for a couple days to get the wheel alignment. I had to take it to Bell Tire (who they use) on my own time to do it because I couldn't be without a car AGAIN and I just don't trust Kings brothers. My car is a 2019 Dodge Journey with 38,900 miles on it. It clearly isn't just a piece of junk car. I regret even choosing Kings Brother to do the work on my vehicle and I would not recommend them to ANY ONE. Definitely the worst experience EVER. Take your car to people you can trust because it's definitely not Kings Brother in Redford."
"Car was in an accident. Great communication, great work. Highly recommended."
"Found this place through my insurance and the estimate process was simple. I had minor damage to my front passenger tire and quarter panel. They told me they could have all the parts ordered and ready to go so it could get done relatively quickly. I expected it to take a few days, a week tops. After dropping it off, I got an email that said it wouldn’t be ready for another 11 days. No heads up that it would be taking so long left my wife and I scrambling to find transportation to work. When I called to ask for more info, the receptionist was irritated with every question I asked. It wasn’t just me either. He was rude to my wife as well. We will not be going back, even if we have another insurance claim."
