"I only go here if i have to, the products are good but the staff is unfriendly at best to anyone who doesn't fit their preferred demographic of "mature" and "experienced" women who work with fabrics. I've had the odd one off friendly person, but generally I make this emergency when Micheals doesn't have something, especially since micheals sells fabric in Battle Creek now. Edit: Joannes is now pet friendly, but the rest of my review holds"
"I shop here quite a bit so leaving this review is actually tough. I saw these two fabric bolts on the top shelf to purchase. Apparently they were short staffed and the lady cutting fabric told the nice lady trying to help us that “we cannot keep pulling those up and down”. The lady helping us had to leave and go back to cashiering but would help us when she could so we took our business else where. Poor customer service but do I hope her day got better."
"The young girl at the fabric counter was a wonderful help. Very engaging. I found fabric for curtains and to make a dog bed. Great buys. The checkout lady needs to work on her personal skills. All in all great place to shop."
