"I dropped the computer tower yesterday and paid to find out what the problem. They called me and not sure what is the problem but thinks it’s the motherboard. I picked up today and found out missing part and misplaced part. I called them to see what motherboard I can buy as I found few online. They told me to bring it back. I went today and they did not know what motherboard as they were not sure if the motherboard is the problem. They told me to buy any one but not their responsibility and no warranty. Also, they did not want to fix the missing and misplace pieces in the back of the computer tower. After I got upset, the front desk guy told me not to come back. They took my money without doing their job as they were paid for."
