Both quotes, to repair a measly 4" DWV PVC drain line, were unacceptable to say the least. I don't appreciate the company thinking that they can take scam me because I'm a woman. Jordan Cozart emailed me to follow up after the quote – and I told him all this and asked for my 90.00 for the estimate back he said sorry no but you can call the office. No thanks. Final outcome for the job was 80.00 in parts from Home Depot and 2 hours of work. No one moved a dishwasher or cut through a floor."
