"Great experience. This was my first time there, and I was helped swiftly by one of the service reps, Bob(friendly and professional), and he got me in/out within 10 min. I had planned on walking back to my apartment, but was pleasantly surprised that they offered a shuttle service. I barely had a chance to sit down in the lobby before one of their shuttle drivers, Tom, escorted me to his vehicle and took me home. He was a pleasure to speak to on the way back."

"We think your fee of $190 just to diagnose an issue, is outrageous! Not sure we’ll be back as a customer after that, knowing we can go to a locally owned, independent mechanic for a fraction of the cost. I’m not talking fixing a problem. This is just the up front fee to pull a computer code."

"I have been going here for years and trust them to keep my vehicle in great condition. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because they discontinued their oil change packages. I will go elsewhere to have this service performed at a much cheaper price."
