"Scene 1: Weather calls for a huge storm and the coldest weather of the year. - will the weather channel be right Scene 2: Wake up to no heat and furnaces not working - panic starts. Scene 3: Call Zilka at 8.15am and at 12.20pm Kai is at the door to save the day Scene 4: In 10 minutes Kai finds the problem and it's fixed 20 minutes later. Kai tests all the other parts of the system and all is good. Scene 5: The house has heat and it doesn't matter if the weather report is right or wrong. We will be warm and comfortable no matter what thank to Zilka. CRITIC REVIEW: Zilka is a MUST USE company for all your heating and cooling needs. Ok, for real now. I have never used Zilka in the past but recently met the owner. When our heat went out before the coldest night of the year, I figured I would give them a try and I am glad I did. They were easy talk to, came early, were friendly and clean, and most importantly went above and beyond to check other parts of the system to make sure I wouldn't have other issues. Definitely will use again."

"I’ve used Zilka before and found them to be very professional. I see their trucks everywhere in my neighborhood. I called them due to an unusual amount of water usage, and I thought it was my humidifier. As it turned out it was, but it was a cheapie part easy to get. It took them a week, that’s the only part that I was upset about. Then, when he came into install it, he found that it wasn’t even the problem. He fixed it in about five minutes. I felt a little put upon when he handed me the $92 bill for it. However, less less than a normal fee for them to just come out so I will write it off to glad you found the problem."

"Had Kai from Zilka heating and cooling come out today. I had just installed a smart thermostat (myself) and it seemed like once it was installed the furnace blower wasn't kicking on. I had another heating and cooling company looked at it, and they told me I needed to replace my entire furnace and quoted me $6700. Kai came out spent some time looking over the entire system, and was able to determine that my blower was just taking a bit longer than I thought it was going to take to kick on. After about 10 minutes or so he was able to demonstrate that the blower was working fine. Kai was extremely knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions. As a company, I really appreciate Zilka's honesty and integrity. Highly recommend them, they are always super helpful and honest."
