"Brought my 20 year old Harley Sportster here recently after it started ‘running weird’. It was my grandpa’s old motorcycle so I wanted to take care of it, but didn’t want to end up spending more than the bike is worth. I’m not very mechanically inclined, so I described my situation to Dennis using lots of wild hand gestures and vroom vroom noises. Despite my shortcomings they were quickly able to diagnose what was wrong and fix it up quick. Both Dennis and the other mechanic (sorry I don’t remember his name) explained everything thoroughly in a way that even I was able to understand. TL;DR I feel comfortable that they took care of my bike without gouging someone like me who wouldn’t know any better. I will definitely be bringing my bike back here when required."
