I took my truck there for diagnostic with my vehicle's steering and suspension because I had a rattling at some speeds. They didn't find anything wrong. "I called D&H to get a quote for 5 separate repairs I needed done on my vehicle, ranging from pads/rotors replacement to wheel bearing replacement, and a few other miscellaneous issues. All in all, the repairs I needed would easily be $1,000+. Whoever I talked to said he could get me a quote later that day. After not hearing back for a few hours, I called back towards the end of the day and explained that my car was in a shop and I was hoping to make the decision that day. He was polite and he said he's still working on it and would do his best to get back to me before the end of the day. That was 2 days ago. Guess they don't want the money that bad, not sure how you run a business with that customer service."
