"I pulled in at 4pm on Friday. The 2 service techs shook their heads when I pulled up. They were eating sandwiches. I felt bad and said i would wait until they were done eating. One tech immediately got an attitude with me. He said someone else will *explict* just come up. Really you don't want or care for customers that pay your wages? I immediately left. I did not want them touching my vehicle with that attitude. I went down the street and received exceptional service. Will never get my oil changed at the Penzoil on Miller rd in Kalamazoo Michigan"

"Well The guy seemed to be having a bad day and taking it out on customers, and honestly my car. He couldnt figure out how to get my air filter in and when i left i was driving and something wasnt right under the hood. When i opend the hood my air system wasn't put back together and broke a couple clamps and it was just floopping around under my hood. 135$ for him to break things. TERRIBLE customer service. also couldn't even change wipers."
