"They sent a mobile service truck to our location. He did a great job getting us fixed up. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because their service guy didn't have all the tools he needed. He borrowed some of ours and left with them. I got in contact with him and he said I would have to go to hudsonville to get our tools back. I go out there, they say they don't know anything about it and they would be mailed to us when he figures it out. 8 months, no word back or package in the mail. So we had to go re-buy those tools once again"
