My husband has had to call multiple times in order to get a status update, and they were supposed to provide us with an estimate last week. They still can't even tell us what is wrong with it, and won't initiate any type of contact. I'm not even sure if they have done anything at all since they have not provided us with any information or contacted us at all. It's very frustrating and bad business."
