"I have been going to this dealership for the last 5 years. One thing I don’t like about this place every time I go is how I am being greeted, talked to and considered. There is one customer service rep named Amy. She is very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I like the dealership, the mechanic does a great job but how the rep greet people is totally unacceptable. I got into argument more than one with that rep hoping she might change her behavior. But no, she is adamant about how she treats people. This rep must leave her old ways and be welcoming. I hope they have something called performance report or performance metrics."
