"My mothers furnace went out in the winter and her house dropped 20 degrees overnight. The next day we called Assured Comfort and they came out and diagnosed a bad inducer motor and showed us proof. He told us he would see what he would do. He gave us the replacement part cost and a quote for a new furnace. My mom and I talked it over and decided to go with a new furnace due to the fact our old one was 20 years old. Assured Comfort said they could be back the next day and replace the furnace. In the meantime they gave us electric heaters free of cost to try and keep comfort. They had a two day turn around and excellent service. Very fast and punctual. I would definitely recommend them for anything HVAC related."
"Called last minute and in need of someone to come and look at my furnace. Called a shirred comfort and the woman immediately started trying to troubleshoot what she thought might be wrong over the phone. She was so nice but I had no clue what I was doing. At that point in time she sent out a service request for her son Weston to come over as soon as he was done with his other call. She called me right when he was getting ready to head my way. He showed up and was so professional so nice and didn’t mind my two year-old trying to dig in his bag. I love the way that he made me feel that I wasn’t asking silly questions. He really made sure that I knew what the problem was and what was going on and how he was going to be able to fix it. He even tried to make sure my part was on warranty because I had just bought the house. It ended up expiring two months ago but still he tried. He even got a new warranty for the new part that way in case it goes out again we would be covered he went above and beyond and made sure everything was in tiptop shape before leaving great service great customer service, and great follow up will be using them again in case a problem arises."
