It’s evident that he cares for his customers and their experiences. He was able to locate the missing item from my wedding dress! I really appreciated his concern and his urgency with addressing the matter. I trusted this establishment with my wedding dress and I truly wish that I didn’t. The cleaning wasn't great, I had to get it redone in Denver (where I live). Worst of all, I had a custom made embellished belt attached to my dress for my wedding day, and when I received my dress, the belt was gone. I am from Muskegon, so I wanted to support the business. I am crushed and disappointed that it was missing."

"In the past year or so, I've had them clean a formal dress for me and fix the zipper on another dress for me. Just today I picked up my 5'x8' long fiber area rug and it was amazing! Not only that, but it was priced lower than I expected. Great service from a great Muskegon business, thanks guys!"
