"Warning! Don't take your gaming computer here the technicians are incompetent and have no clue how to work on computers. If you read the reviews they are mainly mobile repairs not a lot of them are for computers. The owner is very rude when I emailed him he told me he wasn't in charge of the Benton harbor store and to contact another guy. Didn't want to give me the time of day to help me after I already paid them 50 dollars for a diagnoses that took them a week and a half to even just work on it. Mike the tech that looked at my computer didn't even do anything but just google my questions I was asking so that's what you'll be dealing with. Don't come here complete waste of time and money for gaming computers. People are incompetent and the owner doesn't care about his customers. I want my money back jimbo."

I went to Best Buy geek squad and after seeing the look of horror on my face as the tech described the long and expensive process to have it recovered he said, you could also try the shop across the street. It was wonderful advice as Simple Computers took the drive and connected it to a new power source and was able to retrieve my data within a few days for a very reasonable fee. I was so grateful."
