"When the plumbers showed up to my house both were not wearing masks. I asked them if they could please wear masks, both said they did not have masks. They went on to explain that they just came from a job where they were not wearing masks and that it was not an issue at the previous job. When I called the main company line to express my concern an apology was given, but quickly followed up with this not being an issue with other customers. We are in a global pandemic and plumbers go from location to location interacting with different individuals every day. I found this very irresponsible, dangerous and disrespectful."
