"They were quick, responsive, and I had some complications that made the job a bit more challenging and they worked through them without a problem. Cost was appropriate for the job done as well. Highly recommend their services."
"Tim from County Wide was our honeymoon hero. Came all the way from Cheboygan to Cross Village in order to take us to Ellsworth - and graciously dropped us off at our Airbnb (located a fair piece down a dirt two-track) before taking the car to the repair shop. Thank you Tim!!"
"Thank You so much for towing my daughter's car to a shop today....she was visiting Petoskey and her car broke down....and as parents who are at home 5 hours away, it can be very stressful. Your company took good care of her car and we appreciate it so much. The girls loved the driver's "ToMater" truck and he was very kind."
"Sat for hours just for them to show up and try to drag it sideways for hours not doing anything but damaging our vehicle. Yelled at me to call another tow company and said he'd happily leave me on the side of the road if I wanted to tell him how to do his job when I yelled stop while watching parts bend and break. Crushed part of the front bumper with the equipment and never even got it out. Had to call a flatbed (we said we'd need one from the beginning) and then when our truck got to the auto shop middle of the next day, they had ripped the handle off the driver's side door. If you want damage done to your car and you enjoy sitting on the side of the road getting yelled at, I highly recommend this towing service."
"Called for someone to come out and change a blown tire on the highway. The kid driving the tow truck asked if we had a fire extinguisher because his brakes locked up and may catch on fire. Then he asked if we had a lug wrench because he didnt have one. He walked back and forth between the vehicle and the tow truck at least 7 times before he brought a socket set out. He asked if we had a wrench to get the spare tire out. He told us we should have the tools for this job. If I had the tools for the job, I wouldnt need to pay them to do it. Called the service center again to ask them to send someone out with the proper tools so the tire was tightened correctly before we got back on the highway. The girl who answered the phone was nasty and snotty and said they change tires like this all the time. So Im not from here but where Im from our tow trucks generally are equipped with a lug wrench and any other tools a driver may need when on a call and its not my responsibilty to supply them since Im having an emergency situation and all. We are currently back on the road and Im feeling a little uneasy about this trip home. Lets hope we make it in one piece. I wouldn't chance it if I were you."
