"It’s been almost a year since I lost my Jeep due to Ron’s towing of Wayland Michigan illegally towing my vehicle and having it over a week before I was aware they stole it and impounded it. I could not afford the impound fees pressed upon me after 8 days in storage. I lost my job due to lack of transportation and have been unable to secure stable employment because quite frankly NO ONE will hire someone without reliable transportation. So at 50 years old having lost my car, source of income, I’m on the verge of losing my home. I think everyday what I could have done differently that night my vehicle broke down in Bradley Michigan and I honestly can only say NEVER HAVE CALLED RONS TOWING FOR A QUOTE. This company has single handedly made my life impossible to move forward. Their business practices are not only deplorable they are life altering."

"10 stars if I could give it. Recommended to use Ron’s by a dealer when we lost our key fob to have our truck towed to dealership. When Ron’s couldn’t get in our driveway, they called another towing company with different capabilities. When that towing company couldn’t haul the weight, Ron connected me to a key fob programmer and followed the whole process through until the next day when it was fixed!! It was hours of their time over a two day period, only to make sure we got on the road, not to put money in their pocket."
