"Disappointed..... Had scheduled an appointment several weeks out, he said I could bring my car in when I pick up my daughters car and he would do it while I waited. I called the day of the appointment to let him know I was available to come in early. He seemed shocked.... acted like he didn't remember or even want to do it. So I said that fine nevermind. Sorry for your loss of my business. Then I put a review on here like this... he apparently watches this very closely. He tells my daughter to pick her car up immediately. He doesn't want it on his property and informs her that because your dad gave him negative review that he won't be turning in his estimate. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY RUDE TO HER"
