"Website said this location was the only one in the GR area to see the refrigerator we were considering buying. When we arrived to inspect the refrigerator having driven across the city we were stopped at the door and not allowed to enter the store due to construction. The website is not to be trusted. The Geek squad failed. Lesson, always call and verify. Star rating, 0."
"I have tried 2 get ahold of these people 2 come 2 my house and fix my $3800 smart TV 2 no avail. I get put on hold after listening 2 10 minutes of prompts and number pushing 2 b put on hold 4 like 53 minutes the first time I called b4 they hung up on me. Second and third time 48 minutes and 43 minutes. 4th and 5th times 16 minutes or so b4 disconnected. I just want someone to fix my 75 inch tv."
"I waited three weeks for my appointment. I backed up my files and did every preparation they asked. My original concern was misquoted, I could barely understand the first technician I spoke with who spoke very softly in a foreign accent. The technician who called me on the day of my scheduled appointment only worked to put me off. I've been warned about the Geek Squad and now my warnings have been confirmed and my computer still runs slowly and Edge still corrupts all my passwords. I won't ever go back. They've (Dan) just lost money on what was estimated to be a $200 repair."
"Had my subs installed about end of January beginning of February. Figured they know what they were doing. Recently started having problems with the sub kicking into protection mode. Investigated. Power cable going into amp isn't uniformed. Looked folded on itself a bit and stray wires shot out everywhere. The ground is even better. Baby screw through the ground terminal with my cars paint scratched off like a lotto card. Not even bare metal. I started having issues because the baby screw next to it busted off and the on holding it in place was wiggling around. Will be fixing myself now that I have a ton more knowledge. It's a great way to damage equipment or start a fire."
"Rude Geek squad service. Definitely not the service it use to be. Bought a computer there... Had it about an hour. The computer was broken and never got a chance to use it. They wanted to charge me to look and fix. I had the receipt in hand (to show how long I've had the computer). That didn't matter. I had to argue to get my money back, and finally did. 4 service people later. I would give negative stars, but it won't go that low. It it needs to be from Best Buy. There are better stores out there."
