"My experience: I have a pizzeria that has a newer middleby marshall WOW oven. I had a horrible service experience with my local repair company (A&R Repairs). Come to find out...There are not many people in the state qualified to work on these ovens. I was running out of options and was told by Middleby Marshall that Midwest was one of the best in the state of Michigan. I called and said I have a 25K boat anchor and I would gladly pay extra if they could send a qualified tech out to repair my oven. All I can say my oven is back up and running thanks to Midwest!! Bob and Charlie are absolute super stars!! Thank you so much guys!!!"

"Stay away from this company, and definitely avoid speaking to Felicia (the owner's sister) She is completely unorganized and lacks communication skills. They came out on October, and she sends an invoice late December, which fine, however I emailed her with few questions, and she never replied, then sends our account to collections. She probably forgot to send the invoice in a timely manner and was too lazy to answer my emails (she acknowledged seeing my emails when I called her). Please contact a company that has zero policy on laziness."

"Midwest did some warranty work for me and although they ran a successful test, I had a loud noise the next day. As is typical with repair companies these days I expected them to blame something else, instead they sent a technician out within the hour and got it fixed for free. What a blessing, I see why they are so busy!"

"I have a very old commercial LP griddle and it was difficult to find someone to work on it. I was referred to Midwest Food Equipment Service by someone else that advised they didn't work on LP griddles, but MFES did work on them. They gave me a quote and fixed the equipment in a quick turn around time frame."
