"AC stopped working during a string of hot days. Blower motor died. They came out same day (hours of calling) to take a look. Quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a fair quote. Motor was repaired efficiently and AC is back on. Evwn checked up the following day to make sure it was still okay. Would highly recommend."

"Jim’s the usual guy at our condo but I wouldn’t waste the money again. The first time he didn’t notice that the AC was out, and the second time he left me to attach my own replacement thermostat. Both times he charged $100 for a 5 minute visit. That’s $200 for ten minutes and I still had problems both times. I did get my AC working myself with his instructions but now that it’s on it seems like it’s barely functional. He should have checked that when he was here."
