"If you are looking for an HVAC company to work with, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. We have had continuous issues with our brand new furnace since moving in. Our furnace completely stopped working in the middle of the winter two times, service technicians admitted that the furnace was initially wired improperly, water line was not hooked up to humidifier, etc. Technicians have been on-site upwards of 10 times with no answers to our problems. Upon reaching out multiple times this winter with no response, I had our builder try to get ahold of them for assistance. Design told the builder to “fly a kite” and refused to offer any further assistance. We ended up using another HVAC contractor who fixed all of our issues quickly and without question. Overall, terrible installation, terrible knowledge of their product, terrible customer service. Work with anyone else, please!"

"Like another review this week, our builder used this company to install our home’s HVAC system. Our AC is struggling to keep the house cool so I have left 2 messages with their answering service and completed their on line service request form. Have not heard anything from them. I would strongly recommend not using this company as they do not stand behind their work. UPDATE: Just had my issue corrected by another HVAC contractor who quickly and correctly diagnosed and corrected the issue. New contractor stated problem was caused by improper initial install of my AC unit by Design Heating and AC and could have been found if proper testing was conducted after install. Very disappointed in Design."
