"Was quoted 150 to 200 when I called and talked to an associate and then the tech called me and quoted me 350. Other reliable establishments quoted 190 to 250 max. Theres something off about this company and when you call there's an odd beep every 10 seconds."

"Called the number bc ALL ratings were 5 star (hold that thought). Note: I was only looking to buy a torsion spring for a diy repair. It was an (overseas) call center with continuos beeping on the line, sounded like ICU. Was then redirected to a (foreign speaking) field service rep to "schedule" a visit. Then was informed someone could be at the house within 45mins (that was the only good thing), but when arrived (heavy foreign accent again) was put out that my wife called me to speak to him (since I was at work). Was quoted $600 to replace the spring!!!!!! Asked how much for the spring only, $250!!!! Told him that was too much for a $75 torsion spring, he reduced price to $200. Absolute no!!! Look at all the reviews, they are fake! All 17 within the last 2-3 weeks, and each (fake) "person" has only ever created one review. FAKE, FAKE, FAKE,......stay away!."
