"We were having issues with our toilet overflowing. We called 2 other places and we weren’t able to get anyone to come out and help. We have my entire family staying with us (9 people) because they had a house fire, so we needed the toilet fixed ASAP! Rapid Flush was very helpful on the phone from dispatch (Kelly), and we also worked with Gabe and Josh who were amazing!
