"We have been in need of plumbing services twice in the last couple months. One time it was quite urgent and on a Friday. They put on us an urgent request for a regular hour visit so we wouldn't be caught with the larger after hour charges. They came very quickly and disconnected our kitchen faucet that was broken and leaking. This allowed me to install a new faucet before the weekend. This was incredibly helpful as my husband had to leave town that day! Bilz has great workers that explain what they are going to do and give suggestions if they think something needs to be changed in the process. I also appreciate that they email the bill and it is payable online. P.S. We had them come for numerous projects and have never been disappointed with the quality of work and have always appreciated the pleasant and knowledgeable workers."

"We had Bilz come and quote my daughter for a basement bathroom rough-in. Dan came over and walked through the job with us. They were able to work with our schedule to get the job going. Ann in the office has been fantastic to work with! She has been very helpful every time I’ve called with a question or asked for an update. The guys, Matt and Hayden, came in and knocked out the job and it was ready for inspection in one day. Any questions or concerns I had before, during or after the job were handled 100% . "We purchased a little home as a second home to come to so I can care for my mother and take our kids to the beach. We live several states away and this is a vacation home. The drain decided to back up in the kitchen a week after settling. I called several plumbers however bilz was friendly and quick to respond. I believe Anne in the office was who I spoke with. She got us scheduled same day as I called by 10 am. Due and Connor worked on the drain for almost an hour and a half. I’m glad it took a little bit since I’m handy and would’ve felt dumb if they cleared it fast. They even removed shoes to come inside without being asked. "We had an issue of our primary bath leaking A bit into our living room ceiling. The plumbers, Dave and Bruce, were polite, knowledgeable, and fixed our issue in a little over an hour. We are pleased with the services. As an aside, make sure your plumbers have their invoice pads with them and write up your invoice at time of service and you sign it. That was not done; we were verbally told an amount and we got an unpleasant surprise when it came time to billing. The bill was almost $100 larger than what we were told when the plumbers left our house. Although a “courtesy adjustment” was given to us, the bill was still greater than what we were told when the plumbers left. A disappointing close to the satisfaction we felt when the job was complete."
