"I wanted to get an estimate on a well so I messaged Wade. Later, I receive a call from a restricted number from "Alicia", his wife interrogating me. Unfortunately I'm related to her in some way, but that's no excuse for a gross lack of professionalism. I'll be taking my business elsewhere."
"Installed my 81 year old grandmother's well. Ended up being artesian. Originally agreed that relief flow would be necessary and trenched to a nearby pond. Without consulting with me they decided not to relieve the well, so now the water smells like sulfur. It's been two years and they won't come back out to make it right. I should add that a fitting was leaking in the house before the pressure tank. They came out 3 times to fix it and it still leaked. They kept trying to claim it was sweating. I had our plumber fix it, took him fifteen minutes. Apparently it was a cheap fitting and it needed better sealant to be used for the threads. This is not how you treat elderly people with finite resources."
