"I was using this dry cleaner regularly for several years. In the last year or so my laundered shirts were regularly coming back with wrinkled collars. Occasionally a shirt would be wrinkled on the side as well. Since I pay to have my shirts laundered, I expect them to be looking clean and crisp; wearable when I take them out of the cleaning bag. I started taking back the shirts with the wrinkled collars because I don’t have time to iron them. In fact, why would I iron them if I wanted to do my own shirts, I wouldn’t go to a laundry. The last time I was there, which is the final time, they tried to charge me $35 for doing for laundering 5 shirts. The amount was supposed to be under $20. When I asked why it was so high, they said it was because I complain about my collars so they hand ironed them and decided that I should pay more! I explained to them that they were going to charge me what I agreed to pay. I did not appreciate the pushback I received however, they finally agreed to pay me the appropriate price, and I left explaining to them that I would never come back. I would not recommend Rosman, which is a shame as I used to recommend them all the time."

"DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS. Poor quality cleaning, over priced, extremely rude owner. The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to in order to post. They deserve ZERO stars. I sure miss Somerset Cleaners where I was a customer for over ten years."

"Worst service ever. Rude and stains still on my business shirt. Not only was the service terrible, when I asked for my clothes back she got the basket and just dumped my clothes on the desk."
