"This is a small company of 2 gentlemen who came out and worked as a team to clean my fireplace and chimney flue. I get this done once a year as I burn about 2 face cords of wood over the winter. I have had several companies do my annual cleaning but these guys were certainly the most thorough! They cleaned out the chimney flue then scrubbed down the inside of the fireplace like no one else has ever done. They brought in carpet protectors and a HUGE vacuum machine. (The guys I had last year had a small shop vac.) They DID arrive earlier than the scheduled window so be prepared for that. They were courteous and friendly. They showed me a couple of things that I might want to repair (some minor "tuck-pointing") and told me what products to get. Most companies would have tried vigorously to "up-sell" me on a small repair like that. I asked if they were going to inspect the chimney cap. He said that they could do that but it would be a Level 2 inspection and would cost more. He offered that I could go up there and take some pictures and he would review them for free - which he did. I will get them again next year!"

They had great communication, easy to book an appt (I did so in Nov, earliest they has was Jan - wee didn’t mind) They even did a confirmation call the day before which I much appreciated. Gentleman came in, we’re professional and respectful to our home. They were thorough and recommended products and where to purchase them. They left no trace of anything upon leaving - just a sparkling clean fireplace ready to warm us up! We will be continuing to use them each year for a sweep - as we burn from Oct - April And yearly sweeps are best to keep a safe home. Highly recommend them."
