"Called set up appointment had to pay $100.00 fee up front. Asked to please call my cell number as I do not live at this residence and I would be there in 5 minutes. Repairman called home phone number left message as he was leaving. Called and rescheduled told he would be in the area on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 didn't know a time. Asked to call my cell phone when leaving Lewiston and I would make sure to be at the house. When I called this morning Wednesday, July 20, 2022 I spoke with Keith (repairman) he told me he was there yesterdday, Tuesday, July 19, 2022 he never called I have checked both land line number and cell phone. We were at the house during the day. I would never recommend this repairman, he was rude and very uncooperative."
